*Subject: Business Analyst Location: Hagerstown, MDDuration: 6 months to one yearStart: ASAP* *Note: Need EAD GC, GC, US Citizens !!* *Job Description* Senior Business Analyst - Must be a bull dog type individual, Strong willed, Strong client interfacing, self starter, critical thinker etc. Must have strong Excel experience. Make sure they can communicate drawings. Financial experience and Payment processing is highly desirable. *Responsibilities * Perform analysis of merchant data and work with multiple Distribution Systems to drive upgrade of merchant IVR criteria to eliminate fraud and position the merchant for conversion. Work in an aggressive timeline and drive the business to completion. Careful track exceptions and build processes to accommodate and prepare the line of business with processes and documentation to manage the change long term. *Candidate Requirements * 5 or more years Project Tracking experience; 4-year Degree or equivalent experience; Experience with PC's; strong verbal, written and organizational skills; strong customer orientation. Knowledge of the payments industry a plus Knowledge of terminal provisioning logistics a plus reporting to project based leadership and team based leadership *Qualifications * Add Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision using contractual agreements and company policies and procedures as guidelines. Must be able to determine root cause and resolution of issues in a timely manner. Must be able to own and track pending deliverables to completion and to work within the constraints of a project schedule.
