Life Cycle
· Exposure across Commercial lending/ leasing sub-products like Auto
loan/ lease, Credit Risk, Regulatory compliance and reporting, Loan
syndication etc.
· Exposure in working as a functional/ business analyst in a delivery
project
· Should be a good communicator and a good team player
· Good interpersonal skills, confidence and ability to interact
professionally with people at all levels.
· Strong business focus including problem resolution
· Strong written and verbal Communications Skills and presentation
skills.

*Key Responsibilities*
· Functionality co-ordination across tracks delivering common,
re-usable functionality
· Facilitating open communication between the customer & testing team
· Driving user acceptance criteria with the customer
· Co-ordinate, interact and work with client, third party partners,
onsite-offshore team, etc. as per requirements
· Interact with user representative to understand and document the
business requirements and create functional documents.
· Work with Test team in defining and developing test plan and test
cases.
· Preparation of Testing business scenarios
· Support, work and co-ordinate with the Test team to ensure coverage
of requirements, defect analysis and completion of testing (including UAT)
· Provide required trainings/ KT to the team.
