Responsibilities include: Serves as the division subject matter expert and point of contact for contracts, purchase orders and invoices; Serve as the contracts point of contact to the Business & IT Support Services area; Provide guidance to team members on the purchasing, contract management processes and request for proposal (RFP) and statement of work (SOW) preparation; Assist team members with RFP and SOW creation; Work with Financial Specialist and other leaders to secure funding; Ensure contract and purchase order (PO) spend within budget and contract value; Analyze contracts, provide recommendations to Leadership to resolve contract issues; Monitor future contract change needs; Prepare invoices for approval; ensure deliverables are met in accordance with contract terms; reports to the division director or designee. *Skills* *Required* *Years Used* *Last Used* 8-11 years of experience as a business analyst *11 Years* Experience reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs and requirements. *8 Years* Experience leading and providing direction to teams. *8 Years* Minimum 3 years’ experience developing statements of work or requests for proposal (RFP). *3 Years* Experienced with business process reengineering and identifying new applications of technology to business problems to make business more effective. *8 Years* Experience analyzing, evaluating, and preparing solution options, risk identification, and financial analyses such as total cost of ownership, cost/ *8 Years* Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within information technology, specifically, system development lifecycle (SDLC) *8 Years* Ability to analyze business needs and solutions to determine deliverables to be included in SOWs or RFPs (e.g. disaster recovery) *8 Years* Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within information technology, specifically, system development lifecycle (SDLC) *8 Years* Experience negotiating; and experience with conflict analysis and resolution. *8 Years* Good time management and tracking and monitoring tasks. *8 Years* Thank You, Warm Regards, Mani Technical Recruiter HCL Global Systems Inc.
