*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:*

•Work closely with Business Analysts, Business Unit SMEs and associated
vendors on Level 2 functional support for the Lawson Human
Resources/Payroll Suite, BSI TaxFactory, MHC Payroll check printing and W2
applications, and any other related Lawson extensions and 3rd party
applications.  Perform root cause analysis on functional and technical
issues.

•As part of the ERP team, develop strategies for adding new functionality
and its integration with current business practice.  In accordance with
Business Analysts and Business Unit SMEs, gather technical requirements to
ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and best practice.
Prepare technical requirements documents.

•Coordinate with ERP team and users on software patches, upgrade testing,
and new implementations.

•System administration and environment configuration for Lawson Portal,
LBI, Security, Addins, ProcessFlow, and Design Studio.  Also responsible
for system administration of associated 3rdparty applications and
integration with the Lawson software.

•Analyze system and user metrics to assist in administration of the
application

•Cross support other members of the ERP team as needed, especially Kronos.
Train other ERP team members on basic support of HR/Payroll Suite and
associated extensions and 3rd party applications.

•Maintain current knowledge of relevant systems and marketplace information.

•This position requires good verbal and written communication skills, along
with strong analytical and customer service skills.



*QUALIFICATIONS: *

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business from an accredited
college or university or equivalent



*Experience:        *

3-5 years experience supporting Lawson 9.x HR/Payroll Suite, Portal
Administration, LS Security, Addins.

Job also requires strong analytical skills, customer service skills, and
good verbal/written communication  skills.

Other:  Knowledge of Kronos, Lawson HCM modules, Crystal Reports, SQL,
ProcessFlow design, Design Studio a plus
