*Position:- Project Manager With Security and Compliance Exp* *Location:- Columbus, OH* *Duration:- 12+ Months* *MOI:- Telephonic + Skype* *Need Only USC, GC OR EAD GC* *Responsibilities:* · Validate the alignment of the Project(s) with business and financial objectives, and with Application, Data and Technology strategy. · Drive execution of all phases of enterprise-wide or high complexity Projects. Project Management considerations include, but are not limited to: scope, risk, quality, change management · Manage competing demands relevant to scope, schedule, cost, risk and quality; and differing stakeholder requirements and expectations. · Manage dependencies, resource constraints, and issues across the project(s) including change management or business process challenges that create project risk. · Perform all aspects of project cost management - estimating, budgeting, and cost control, tracking and reporting. · Influences decision making to gain cross-functional alignment to achieve on-time execution of initiatives. · Deliver stakeholder level presentations on project status to Business Executive teams as well as Global technology leadership on project status and risk. · Escalate project(s) issues/risks where needed, for example risk or issue mitigation, potential cost over-runs, or scope discrepancies, through leveraging and collaborating with cross-functional partners. · Identify cross project dependencies, business impacts, and facilitate coordination of these where necessary. · Develop a structure for transitioning a large-scale project from post prod support to steady state while dealing with daily issue resolution. *Qualifications:* · 8+ years project management experience · Strong project management governance skills · Strong budget management skills (including accruals) · IT Security and Compliance (i.e. PCI; ESI; enterprise risk remediation) · Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills; ability to build strong relationships. · Ability to leverage diagnostic and problem solving skills to creatively develop solutions to business problems · Effective communication skills across a broad range of organizational levels and functions including executive level · Ability to influence without authority · Mature and open working style that stimulates a sense of cooperation and ownership and produces results · Ability to apply creativity in solution development · Ability to effectively frame concepts and develop straw man operational models, even where ambiguity may exist · Strong financial acumen; including comprehensive knowledge of financial terms and measures · Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously · Strong decision-making skills, ability to adapt and react properly Regards, Shivangi Tewari, Phone 248-565-4747 Ext-198 Fax: 248.254.7211 Tekshapers Inc 1441 E Maple Rd,Suit#301,Troy,Michigan, USA Certification: WMBE Certified | E-Verified Company | ISO 9001:2008 PSave trees.
