Please join us in COSTA RICA for a
YOGA RETREAT & TEACHER CERTIFICATION PROGRAM January 15-February 11,2006
In this month-long course we will explore yoga as a practice of embodying
spirit in a heartfelt and mindful
way. This program is ideal for yoga students of all levels who wish to deepen
their practice, immerse
themselves in a month-long retreat, or are considering or already teaching.
The course is guided by two
compassionate, devoted and experienced teachers, Karuna and Paul Erickson. Days
in this jungle paradise
include morning and late afternoon yoga and meditation classes, interwoven with
philosophy, anatomy and
teaching skills. Mid-day is free to swim in the nearby ocean, hike, explore,
relax, receive bodywork or
mudbathe! Heart Yoga School is a Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance, and
graduates of this
program will be Registered Yoga Teachers with Yoga Alliance.
