Yoga Festive Celebrations... Friday 9th december ... You are warmly invited to share in a special programme of yoga, meditation, chanting, festive fun and holiday cheer on Friday, 9th December at The Special Yoga Centre 2a Wrentham Ave, Kensal Rise, London NW10 2-5pm: asanas/pranayama workshop with internationally renowned teacher Swami Saradananda 5-6 pm: tea and wholesome snacks 6-7.30pm: Satsang: guided meditation, joyful chanting and a spiritual discussion 7.30-9pm: Festive Fun: delicious vegetarian food, music, singing festive songs/Christmas Carols Cost of workshop: £20 Satsang and evening celebration: by donation. Feel free to attend all or part of the festivities. Children especially welcome at the evening programme. Please bring a vegetarian dish/snack/ juice to share.
