The Appication of Sacred Geometrical Shapes
inside the Pranayama´s of the Hatha Yoga Pradipika.
We have been searching and experimenting for many years to find a deep meaning behind the ancient texts and the frequently used secret code words. We belief we have touched upon a level of understanding, which is not written in any commentary. At this moment in time we do not want to write a book, but share with serious teachers and students from around the world.
We are happy to announce a Pranayama Retreat Program, which we are going to launch on the 24th of March 2006. It is a set of 3 separate retreat weeks organized throughout the years 2006/2007 held in Spain.
The ancient pranayama practises can expand and stabalize your heart chakra to a great extent. As a result your health and consciousness increases. The sacred geometry - which you can find in the Yantra´s - is used to make the practise more powerfull. You become a constructor of a celestial mansion, who puts nice designed structures underneath to make it stronger. We supply you the blue prints of the divine architect.
Main Topics of Pranayama Retreat Program:
- Understand the basics of the yogic philosophy behind pranayama
- Introduction to ancient cosmic pranayama; no longer breathing air through nostrils
- Learn how to engage the bandhas amd mudras in your pranayama practice and the relationships with sacred geometry
- Explanation of different sacred geometry inside each of the 8 types of pranayama
We will cover Surya Bedhana Pranayama, Uya Pranayama, Sitali Pranyama and Sitkari Pranayama in the first week for Pranayama Level I .
We will cover Bhastrika Pranayama and Bhramari Pranayama in the second week for Pranayama Level II .
We will cover Murca Pranyama and Plavini Pranayama in the third week for Pranayama Level III .
The Basic Retreat Price is based on your income . For transport, Bed & Breakfast, lunches, dinners and beverages we charge 300 Euros for the whole week. We organise the retreats in our new spiritual centre Flor de la Vida Dorada (Golden Flower of Life) near Barcelona.
