The training program consists of an intensive four weeks during which the student studies and deepens the understanding of the different methods and techniques of yoga. The students take group classes and then have personalized tutorials with the masters: yogacharyas or swamis who garantee that all the students learn at their different levels of understanding. The course is given in one month´s time, every day of the week. It begins at 9 AM o´clock, has a break from 12 to 4 PM, and continues during the rest of the afernoon from 4 to 9 PM, including Saturdays. Some of those days the students have personalized tutorials from 2 PM to 4 PM on themes that peak their own interest.
