Here, when the article title was first mentioned, I thought it was the word "National" that was the troublesome piece, such as in trying to distance themselves from conservative critics or the CPB. But if it is "radio," then it is sad the content providers feel they must avoid that word because it is old school or lacks pizazz in the so-called digital age. Sad, because I am very proud of something being provided by radio, as to me that is enduring.
