I exchanged correspondence with Audience Relations last week regarding the "All-News" stream, which has been restored somewhat in prominence on the WS website.
I was told that the all-news stream was the same feed as the PRI feed. I have yet to do any side-by-side checks, however. One item I have confirmed is that Newshour airs at both 2000 and 2100 UT on the all-news feed.
