For the folks in Santa Cruz itself, it looks like they can receive
KXSC (one of the "KDFC San Francisco" stations) over the air
reasonably well, so the community won't be bereft of classical music.

Alas, it likely won't have the community feel of KUSP, but considering
how many cities larger than Santa Cruz don't have access to full-time
over-the-air classical radio, they aren't in terrible shape.

Philadelphia is one of those cities that doesn't have a 24/7 classical
music station, unless you count HD2 offerings...
