DW is down to one English language transmission a day by shortwave and
satellite, transmitted 1600-1700 UTC. On shortwave, it is using five
frequencies:

9820 via Meyerton - barely audible here (can detect a voice but speech is not
discernible)
15290 via Issoudun - signal reads mostly at S6, listenable
15315 via Issoudun - same as 15290
17690 via Issoudun - signal peaks at S7, but with some deep fades
17710 via Dhabayya - nothing heard

Apparently, there is now also only one transmission daily over the Internet,
also at 1600. These are the direct MP3 links:

One can also access using the link typically titled “DW English” offered by
various wifi-radio amalgamators such as Frontier, Pure Connect and TuneIn.

WRN has also carried DW English three times a day, but that was during the
spring/summer schedule. It is currently not possible to immediately determine
if that has changed because the wrn.org web site has been inoperable for
several weeks now.
