Dave,
I thought you and others would be interested to know that I posted a
description and link to the Public Folklorists’ io group. The responses were
along the lines of “This is wonderful, I can hardly wait to listen!”. Carrying
around a tape recorder to record music is, as expected, a primal meme for us
folklorists.
I’ll check to see if notice of the WMMT piece is posted as well, though I think
it might already have been.
