You are invited to submit a paper for presentation at this international event. Each presentation will encourage and promote the involvement and interaction of the conference participants on some aspect of one of the sub themes. All papers will be assessed by a special committee of experts and those selected for presentation will be published in the conference proceedings. Please submit full paper for including in the CD to be released during the conference before October 30, 2004.
