Call for Papers "Rethinking the Ethics of Armed (and Unarmed) Intervention" Annual Conference Ethics Society of South Africa St Augustine College Johannesburg (South Africa) 24-25 September 2007 __________________________________________________ Keynote Speaker: David Rodin, Oxford University Although presentations that address the conference theme are especially welcome, presentations on any topic relevant to ethics will also be considered Presentations of three kinds will be considered for inclusion in the conference programme: 1. Papers of between 5000 and 6000 words; 2. Panels on a single topic, involving either three or four different panelists; 3. Poster/display presentations. In all three cases a title and abstract/description of around 200 words must be e-mailed to Deane Baker ([email protected]) by the 31st July 2007, for consideration by the conference committee.
