Call for Papers "Knowledge Globalization: Challenges and Opportunities from Organizational Perspectives" Annual Conference 2008 Journal of Knowledge Globalization Sawyer Business School, Suffolk University Boston, MA (USA) 11-13 April 2008 __________________________________________________ Knowledge globalization is the sharing of intellectual resources, and the production, transfer and use of knowledge to reduce the knowledge gap between developed and developing nations. Specific conference goals: - To showcase initiatives, processes of sharing knowledge to benefit global economies and promote social justice - To identify challenges and opportunities of the transfer of global knowledge in developed and developing countries - To promote transfer of global knowledge from the perspectives of education, business, law, and government Please send one page abstracts or completed manuscripts in Word or PDF format to the conference director at <[email protected]> with a copy to <[email protected]>. More than one submission from the same person will be considered. To participate one may submit papers or proposals for a) concurrent sessions, b) poster sessions, or c) panel discussions. Presentation is not a requirement to attend the conference. All papers submitted for presentation will go through a blind review process. Authors of the papers, meeting the Journal of Knowledge Globalization publication criteria will be invited to submit their papers to the journal for further review. The authors will be informed about the acceptance of their paper within four weeks of submission. Submission deadline is January 31, 2008.
