Call for Papers "Justice and Territory: Immigration, Self-Determination, and Resource Rights" 3rd International Conference Territory and Justice Network Dublin (Ireland) 12-13 July 2010 __________________________________________________ The Territory and Justice network will hold its third conference on July 12-13, 2010, in Dublin. The theme of the conference is Justice and Territory: Immigration, Self-Determination, and Resource Rights. A panel will be dedicated to each of the sub-themes: immigration, self-determination, and resource rights. Other panels will be open–determined by the topics of the paper presented. The aim of the conference is to explore conceptual issues (for example: What are territorial rights?) - as well as wider questions within political theory, especially questions within the global justice debate (for example: Is immigration policy a matter of global distributive justice?). We invite abstract submissions for paper presentations on topics related to territory, global justice, immigration, collective self-determination, resource rights, or other related areas of theoretical inquiry.
