The establishment of an ethics-based order in human society and the
internalization of ethical values are among the great aims of the
prophets and other right-minded people. This makes possible the happy
life that is the ideal of all nations and cultures. In the
scriptures, wisdom literature and historical-civilizational heritage
of humanity, an emphasis has been put on the necessity of a
full-scale effort to achieve this great aim. Human rights discourse
with its ethical presuppositions and international instruments also
has this goal in front of it. The fundamental position of ethics for
all areas of human life and its unique role in the guidance for human

connection with human rights thought encouraged the Center for Human
