Announcing a new online reviews journal

"Plurilogue: Politics and Philosophy Reviews" is a free online journal
devoted to timely reviews of scholarly books, journal issues and
articles in philosophy and political science. It is a repository for
high-quality analyses of the newest scholarly research, with reviews
authored by new and established scholars and refereed by members of
an international editorial board.

The name derives from the term, ‘omnilogue’, coined by John Rawls and
Christine Korsgaard to indicate a dialogue in which all individuals
may participate simultaneously. (It first appeared in Rawls’s ‘Reply
To Habermas‘.) ‘Plurilogue’ thus emphasizes the many pluralisms (of
concepts, places, interest, languages and cultures) that inform such
dialogue.

Plurilogue invites reviews of books, journal issues, and substantive
articles in philosophy and political science published within the
last two years. Reviews should be between 1000 and 2000 words in
length.

As an international journal, reviews in English, French, Spanish,
German, Italian, Dutch, Hindi, Hungarian, Arabic, and Chinese are
welcome.

To propose a review, please contact the editor, Tom Bailey, at:
[email protected]

Plurilogue is a publication of IRNRD, the International Research
Network on Religion and Democracy (http://irnrd.blogspot.com).

The International Research Network on Religion and Democracy,
launched in 2008, consists of leading senior and junior scholars in
the social sciences, political science, theology and philosophy.
IRNRD pursues extensive interdisciplinary research in these fields,
focused particularly on issues of religion, culture and
secularization, the so-called post-secular condition, religious
violence, and peace-building, as well as the challenges and prospects
of the interface between religion and politics in global contexts.
The network organizes regular conferences to develop and disseminate
its work and prepares collaborative educational programs and joint
research projects, funded by scholarly grants.
