Call for Publications Theme: Buddhism and Peace Publication: Edited volume published by Blue Pine Books Deadline: 30.6.2012 __________________________________________________ Blue Pine Books invites submissions of papers on the topic "Buddhism and Peace" for possible inclusion in an upcoming publication of collected articles. The resulting book will investigate peace from the theoretical and practical perspectives of an array of Buddhist traditions. Within the frame of Buddhism and peace, submissions may address such issues as the individual and peace, society and conflict resolution, environmentalism, world peace, culture and peace, scriptural bases for/against engaging in peacemaking practices, historical examples of Buddhist figures and peace.
