Conference Announcement Theme: Foundations of Reason and Morality Subtitle: A Philosophical Dialogue between Confucianism and German Philosophy Type: International Conference Institution: Politische Akademie Tutzing International Confucian Association Department of Philosophy, University of Cologne Society of Intercultural Philosophy (SIP) German Confucian Society (GCS) Location: Tutzing (Germany) Date: 17.–20.7.2012 __________________________________________________ Since the foundation principles of thinking and acting are crucial to both world-traditions, the scheduled conference takes the different approaches within Chinese and German philosophy as a starting point for the opening of a common horizon.
