Call for Applications Type: Doctoral Scholarship on Global Priorities Research Institution: Global Priorities Institute (GPI), University of Oxford Location: Oxford (United Kingdom) Date: 2021-2023 Deadline: 8.1.2021 __________________________________________________ The Parfit Scholarship* The Global Priorities Institute is pleased to announce the availability of Parfit Scholarships for students commencing a DPhil in Philosophy at the University of Oxford in the 2021/22 academic year. These scholarships are intended to support students who are working on topics relevant to global priorities research. The scholarships will provide a stipend of £19,000 p.a. and cover applicable tuition/continuation fees for up to two years. It is also suitable for those who will also be offered funding from elsewhere to cover the first two years of their DPhil programme. In such cases, the financial benefits of the Parfit Scholarship will commence after the scholar's other funding ceases, such that the scholar is able to fully fund their DPhil for four years.
