This is in the documentation, but don't feel bad for missing it - I did to
:)

If you look in %WLDGASA you will see a node called "RestrictWLDAccess" -
it is most likely set to 1.... make the value 0 - and presto - access to
developer from anywhere!

Please note this is a MAJOR security issue... make sure when you are done
messing with WLDEV you set the value back to 1 - if your server is on the
internet, otherwise someone can easily come in and steal your source code,
mod yoursource code, or wipe your globals...

I wll not go into details how it's done, but, leaving this value at 0,
while hosting a live site on the internet is a MAJOR security hole.

I think this value / feature should be promoted in BOLD at the top of the
README file for the developer version that introduces this feature.
