Cach's closest equivalent is called Cach Direct (formerly Visual M). Look in the help subdirectory for a file called something like CDirectenu.chm (the enu-part applies if you've got an English install of Cach). Alternatively, stick to MSM-Activate. Cach 3.1 includes the server-side routines that allow it to host MSM-Activate connections.
