Dear Bart,

We currently support several access methods on the Win32 platform and hence
for C# : ODBC, ADO, and the ActiveX access component that allows pure object
access using the ActiveX functionality. Cach� also has native support for
web services, and they can be used for letting the client communicate with
the database (some of our customers have implemented such a solution).

To further this, the next version of Cach� (5.1), due later this year, will
have a native .Net connectivity (using a .Net managed object interface).
Unfortunately at this time we still only have very limited information on
this new feature, but field testing of Cach� 5.1 will start somewhere in
April, and by that time we will certainly have more detailed information.
I'll forward you this information as soon as I have it.
