Liviu, Could you please pass this thru WRC (just for logging all the technical details of the problem)? They need to be logged to prodlog some day. (That is the second time I heard about this problem, and once again with very vague details. This is certainly bug, but we need more details about OS, patch level, winmsd report and some such to recreate it in-house and then fix it)
