Hello,

We use the teleadata software based on cach�
All the station are in W2K (one is used as server)

we have problem with the ticket printer (Epson TMU300 full cut)
we can't connect it
The network is fine, we can use all the printers from Windows
but cann't use the ticket with teledata

We receive this kind of message when we tried to test the printer (10.6)
<NOTOPEN>TestPrinter+8^%MGTPRN

The path for the printer is good (we tried to define it with Ip or netbios
name) always the same problem.
