You should talk to your sales rep. ECP daemons do not take licenses. You 
need to have the type of license that allows ECP networking

Our customer asked this question from us. We have 2 adapter systems which
both map dozens of globals and routines from an ECP server and the customer
was worried on the licensing impact on the server side.
