Can someone explain why this is not working. I have small table with the following fields
Table Tlephones Field1 = ID Unique Field2 = PersonID Foreign Key References PhoneBook.Person When I insert a record into this table, it allows me to enter a phone without a personId. I was expecting an error from the database. Can you explain this one? Also as I try to remove the records that have no personID, my delete query does not affect any records, like delete from pkgAddressBook.Tlphones where personID < 1
