I got another problem with Linux now... I have a Cache 5.0 Enterprise, multi-server, Platform Independent license working at WinXP. And as I could understand "Platform Independent" means it works on NT and Unix/Linux. The problem is at Linux it is not being recognized... I've tried using the wizard at Config Manager, but it does't work... The worst part is it doesn't return any error... It's like everything were fine....
When Cache starts, it show the following message: =================================== Using 'cache.cpf' configuration file *** Warning - Cache was only able to allocate 1032 global buffers *** *** Warning - Cache was only able to allocate 159 routine buffers *** This copy of Cache has been licensed for use exclusively by: Cache Evaluation Copyright (c) 1986-2003 by InterSystems Corporation Any other use is a violation of your license agreement WARNING: Switch is set and may affect production for up to 10 seconds. Waiting for system activity to finish... ready. Setting to InterSystems defaults ... done. =================================== Why the "*** Warning" are happening?? Leonardo
