The GIF's and CSS documents must be in the physical directory that the
virtual directory /csp/samples is set to on your web server, and the web
server has to have privileges to read those files.  The link to these files
is included in the CSP, but the file itself is loaded normally by the web
server, so it has to have access to the file. They are not delivered via the
CSP process.
