The source code of %Wgr (in 5.0.5 at least) shows it has seven arguments and you are only passing in six. However, the sixth is "gui", which is defined and is all can I presume would be undefined at init+1... It should be the seventh ("glbs") undefined but that is certainly not read within init nor within main before calling init... Puzzling indeed!
Could you take a look at the source in your Cach� version (assuming it's different)?
