I had seen that, I was looking at that page when I was playing with scripts (see my other posting) - but I couldn't find any "spy mode" or "trolls" in the listing.
I use a couple of the user defined key strokes you mention I am of the opinion that its ISC and support and perhaps Bill is the chief troll ;-)
