Hi,
I'm being driven insane by frequent timeouts within Studio. I'm using the
single user evaluation edition (5.08) installed on Windows XP Workstation
Pro and on saving routines in ObjectScript I am frequently getting the
error message:
Factory not connected to server
100523 [WINSOCK] virtual circuit aborted due to timeout
Occurred in NTI::Close()
Subsequent to that dialog I get an internal Cache error and then Studio
crashes and closes.
There's no apparent issue with the server - restarting Studio works just
fine until the next time. The other 'cube' tools also fail (obviously I'm
using them less), so it's not specific to Studio.
Anyone got any help?
