I seem to remember some discussion that you could set the server response
and other timeouts in the csp configuration utility for the web server, but
that the timeout for the hyperevents was hardcoded in the Java broker
applet.  A request was supposed to be put in to allow it to be changed, but
I haven't seen any action on it.
