There's a book indeed (you might search and find it at amazon, or there's a
link to buy the book at the intersystems web site), yet the comments about
it are not that bright.

I've been learning Cache for sometime, and my primary sources were the Cache
documentation itself (quite good examples of code) and this newsgroup.

There are some public sites for the sake of sharing code and examples
(mgateway for example), I'm not sure about the web addresses, but I'm sure
they'll post the links here.
