Thanks Goerge,It was something I was going to do...but the problem is that
the bug only appears sometimes at one of my customer's server (in production
state, and 600km far away): we can't install applications, we only update
COS classes which store some information into a log file and gather it back
later.

I need something that can be done programmatically, without human
interaction.
