This won't work - WebLink makes CGI Environment variables in the local
array %CGIEVAR
Note that REMOTE_ADDR may not provide you with what you want. If the
user is behind a company firewall or boundary router, the IP address
you'll be given will be that of the firewall or router, not the
client's IP address. So if you have 100 different corporate users
behind that firewall, you won't be able to distinguish them. Instead
you'll have to use some other technique such as a cookie or specific
name/value pair that you manage.
