Hello -

I have installed a single user version of Cache 5.0.8 on my machine for some 
evaluation development work.  I accepted all defaults during the install and 
have not made any configuration changes.  However, when I try to use any of 
the GUI tools I receive a message that they could not connect to 
127.0.0.1[1972].  I can connect using the terminal and have verified through 
^%SS that a process is listening on port 1972.  The machine is running 
Windows XP w/ SP1 and no firewall software.  I tried the same install on 
another WinXP machine with the same results.  I've worked with Cache in the 
past but have never run into this before.  Any suggestions would be 
appreciated.
