* debian/control: Debian policy version 3.8.0. Add "Homepage" field.
Add to build-depends: libglade2-dev, libreadline5-dev, libxml2-dev,
zlib1g-dev. Build-depends on texlive rather than old tetex-bin.
* debian/rules: implement DEBIAN_BUILD_OPTIONS value "parallel=n".
Add to configuration command (per README): CFLAGS=-fgnu89-inline.
* debian/copying: now licensed under GPL version 3 or later.
* debian/menu: add Debian menu support
* Add simple manpage for psppire.
* debian/doc-base: update section to agree with menu policy
