* Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining changes:
- change patch 01-configure-find-db4.6 to add db4.7.
- change unversioned dependency on libdb-dev to versioned:
libetpan and claws packages have to be in sync.

* Added a patch by Jeremy Laine <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> to fix behaviour
of mailmessage_get_bodystructure() for cached IMAP. Patch was confirmed
