* Add f-spot-import-gphoto.dpatch: Fix f-spot-import to understand GIO
gphoto:// URLs, which fixes (i. e. gets rid of) the device dialog on
import. Also speculatively gvfs-umount the camera, otherwise F-Spot cannot
communicate with it.
