What's so unethical about it?? They have clearly mentioned that the list contains top 10 NSE gainers. One should be prudent enough to understand the statement. They are having a software that tracks the top 10 gainers and displays it. Its not like they have manually and intentionally done it to miguide investors.. If you feel deceived, then you can create your own watchlist to track the shares you want.. I don't think its that big a deal as you have mentioned..
