I have a direct cash buyer who already owns a few units in JBR. He is looking for a 3 bed full sea view for himself and prefers something vacant or vacant soon, not on a low floor and selling for a distress price. He is ready to close but is looking for a good deal so if you have anything distress for under 2,600,000 AED let me know.
