None of these IOIOs seem to be from any manufacturer I know. I have no idea
what they did there. According to your explanation, somebody might have
tried to be smart with the inductor and messed something up in the circuit.
I recommend you to consider buying from SeeedStudio or SparkFun, where I
verified that they are using only high quality parts and testing each and
every board thoroughly.
