Woo! After a little more work, I got it to build and push the app to the
Android target. Now the issue is that I cannot seem to get the IOIO to do
anything. I disabled USB debugging after the app was downloaded, set the
IOIO switch to 'A', powered it up and connected it. I then launched the
hello IOIO app. There is no response when I toggle the button.

Any ideas?
