I checked what you asked me except for USBID (do not know what to check and 
what should I find) 
Q1 and Q2 are working properly. 
The problem was the gate of Q2, still at 0 volts. 
When I brought it manually +5 V on the gate, the IOIO has begun to operate 
independently. 

This problem has occurred on two different IOIO during various connections 
and reconnections of Android. 
Have you any idea of the cause of this?
