Hey, I'm not using anything special. I'm using some dirt-cheap dongles I could find on Amazon. Make sure the trim-pot is all the way clockwise (common problem causing intermittent connection). Otherwise try the oscillator recalibration process (described on the IOIODude wiki page) and/or a different dongle.
