You shouldn't import the projects directly from the zip file, but rather
extract it first. This is mentioned in several places on the wiki.
Specifically, refer to the Eclipse Troubleshooting page whenever you have
any build issues.
Another comment: IOIOLib doesn't care about the bootloader version, only
about the app firmware version. You cab upgrade it using the bootloader
with no need for a PIC programmer.
